Ingredients
 1 pound uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left intact
1/3 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Steps
1. Heat the oil in a deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally into the panko crumbs to coat.
3. Fry a few at a time until golden brown.
