Corn soup

Ingredients

1 large corn can
2 spoons flour
2 spoons butter
4 cups of chicken stock
1/2 cup of cream
1/2 tea spoon white pepper
salt to taste

Method

1. melt the butter in a pan and add half the corn to it. Then add the flour and stir for 1 minute
2. Add the white pepper and salt then add the stock gradually. Stir the mix
3. Using the hand mixer, mix the soup
4. Add the cream and the rest of the corn and leave them boil for 1 minute
5. Serve hot
